East Penn School District will be holding registration for kindergarten for the 2008-2009 school year on Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, 2008. A registration packet will be mailed to district households with kindergarten-eligible children by April 1st. If by April 4th you have not received a packet, please download these forms and bring to registration.
In order to be enrolled in kindergarten, your child must be five years old on or before September 12. We make no exceptions to this requirement.
If not received, we are requesting that you download and complete the registration forms listed below and bring to registration or your registration appointment. Additionally, we ask that you bring along your child’s birth certificate, record of immunization, two proofs of residency, valid photo ID and the completed registration packet.

If registration has passed, you may still register your child for our kindergarten program. Please call the building and make a registration appointment. If you do not know your building assignment, please email or call Mrs. Leslie Daniel at 610.966.8332 with your street address to verify your child’s building.
