Computer & Business Applications

Be sure to check out the Business Department Website

Mission Statement

The Computer and Business Applications Department has changed its curriculum offerings extensively over the past ten years. In order to keep pace with rapidly changing needs in the business world, today's students must have computer skills in word processing, the use of spreadsheets, desktop publishing, computerized presentations, and the use of the Internet. The Computer and Business Applications Department provides courses in all of these areas.

There are also courses on banking, personal finances, consumer mathematics, accounting, and business law. This enables all students, whether they are planning to pursue continuing education after high school or not, to gain knowledge and experience in financial matters.
