EHS Act 80 OR Half-Day Information for Students Enrolled at LCTI, or Scheduled with a Late Arrival or DCO

LCTI ACADEMIC CENTER & CAP STUDENTS

  • Students will depart from EHS to LCTI at their regularly scheduled time of 7:30 a.m.
  • Students will be dismissed from LCTI at 10:20 a.m. arrive at EHS by 11:00 a.m.

HALF-DAY AM & PM LCTI STUDENTS

  • AM LCTI Students WILL report to LCTI.
    • Students will depart from EHS to LCTI at their regularly scheduled time of 7:30 a.m.
    • Students will be dismissed from LCTI at 10:20 a.m. arrive at EHS by 11:00 a.m.
  • PM LCTI Students WILL NOT report to LCTI.
    • Students will attend EHS for their scheduled classes.
    • They may utilize their LCTI Modified Schedule Form to be dismissed from EHS at the conclusion of Block 2, provided that they have submitted the signed form either electronically, or to their Assistant Principal’s Office. Students who are utilizing the privilege of the LCTI Modified Schedule Form must sign out throught the Main Office, and arrange their own transportation.
    • Students who have NOT submitted their LCTI Modified Schedule Form must report to a designated study hall at the start of Block 3 and remain until dismissal at 11:00 a.m.

LATE ARRIVAL & DCO STUDENTS

  • Students with DCO must sign-out through the Main Office, and may leave school at their regularly scheduled time.
  • Students who have submitted their signed Late Arrival Privilege Form either electronically, or to their Assistant Principal’s office, will need to arrive prior to the start of Block 2, which begins at 8:21 a.m.
  • Students who have NOT submitted their Late Arrival Privilege Form must report to a designated study hall at the start of Block 1 at 7:23 a.m.

EHS Two-Hour Delay Information for Students Enrolled at LCTI, or Scheduled with a Late Arrival or DCO

  • Students will be dismissed from LCTI at their regular dismissal time and arrive at EHS by 3:15 p.m.

  • AM LCTI Students WILL NOT report to LCTI.
    • Students will attend EHS for their scheduled classes. They may utilize their LCTI Modified Schedule Form to arrive at EHS prior to the start of Block 3, provided that they have submitted the signed form either electronically, or to their Assistant Principal’s Office.
    • Students who have submitted their LCTI Modified Schedule Form must enter and sign-in through the Main Office at Door #1 prior to the start of their Block 3 class.
    • Students who are utilizing the privilege of the LCTI Modified Schedule Form must arrange their own transportation.
    • Students who have NOT submitted their LCTI Modified Schedule Form must report to a designated study hall at the start of Block 1 at 9:23 a.m.
  • PM LCTI Students WILL report to LCTI. Students will attend EHS for their scheduled classes, and report to their buses at the conclusion of Block 2 to be transported to LCTI.
    • Students will attend EHS for their scheduled classes, and report to their bus at the conclusion of Block 2 to be transported to LCTI.
    • Students will be dismissed from LCTI at their regular dismissal time and arrive at EHS by 3:15 p.m.
