Sea Star of the Week

Every Wednesday will be a time to "catch" some information about one sea star in room 32.  Each sea star will have the opportunity to share interesting information about himself/herself during this time.  I will be the first sea star so the children will have an idea of what sort of information to share.  The children will have an opportunity to ask the sea star about himself/herself as well.

Guidelines:  Include at least one family picture, 4 favorites (color, subject, food, etc.), anything else the child would like to share (ex. pictures from favorite vacations, sports teams, activities, etc.).  We only have about 15 minutes for the presentation and explanation of each object.  The objects will be placed on a bulletin board.  Students may bring in objects to set out on a table or cabinet as well.  If a child misses his/her week, I will do my best to reschedule his/her time for later in the school year.  Reminders will be sent home prior to your child's turn to be Sea Star of the Week.
