Miss Messner's Mess! 
Hello 4th Graders! My name is Miss Messner and this is the fourth year that I have been teaching in the East Penn School District. I graduated from Kutztown University with my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I graduated with my Master's in Education from Wilkes University last June. When I am not teaching or going to school, I love to spend time with family and friends, read, travel, and snowboard. This summer I was able to take a family vacation to Hawaii where I swam in the Pacific Ocean with sharks in a metal cage, jumped out of an airplane that was 14,000 feet in the air, and went snorkeling with hundreds of fish! I also ran in the Color Run, which is a 5k in Philadelphia that thousands of runners participated in and volunteers tossed colored powered on us while we ran! I had a blast this summer and I can't wait to hear about all of your fun summer adventures:) I look forward to meeting all of the fabulous students I have in my class this year!
