Classroom Management

 I believe that classroom management in essential to creating a meaningful, positive, productive, and nurturing classroom. The children and I work together to create rules that we think are important. I have put in place a system of rewards and consequences to keep the children motivated. These are listed below:

                            Reward Menu

 * Choose from the prize box

                       * Extra game time

                       * Sit next to a friend

                       * Sit at the teacher's desk

Consequences

- First redirection=  Verbal Warning

- Second redirection= "Out to Pasture" (sign the book)

- Third redirection=  " Back to the Barn" (a note home)
