|EPSD COVID-19 School Closure Resources|
|The East Penn School District is committed to providing ongoing guidance and resources as we navigate through this unprecedented situation together. The most current guidance and resources are provided below.|
At Home Learning
In an effort to allow our students to remain cognitively engaged while away from school, our grade level teams and departments developed menus of independent learning options to share with students and families. These activities are optional for students, will not be graded, and will not introduce any new learning. Recognizing that not all students have access to technology, we intentionally created a balance of both online and offline activities. In addition, if a student has access to Google Classroom or Schoology, their teacher may post additional information. This work will also remain optional and ungraded.
Breaking a routine feels uncomfortable, even in the best circumstances. In an effort to settle nerves and allow students to regain some control, we recommend creating a daily schedule with your child. Click here for an elementary and secondary example to get you started.
Critical Item and Medication Pick-up
All buildings will be open on March 17th from 11 AM-1 PM for students to pick up critical items such as medication, phones, electronics and coats. Please enter through the main office entrance of your building.
Buildings will be closed beyond this date.
