Emmaus High School Crafts Course Level 2/3 had the opportunity to go to Warner Art Glass Center to experience glassblowing. Each student was able to create a custom piece with detailed instruction and information from a master glassblower. The trip was a fantastic way for the students to experience glassblowing, learn about the science behind the process, and different paths to become a master glassblower as a career. Glassblowing is a career path that not many people choose, which makes glassblowers a desired employee for glass companies around the country. It is always a positive event when student learn more about a process but also about a lifestyle and career choice.
