Registration is ONLY for community members wishing to make a public comment. Live streaming is available through the School Board YouTube channel for those individuals not making a public comment. Members of the public wishing to address the Board and make a public comment during the Request to Address the Board section may register as a participant by accessing the link below. Please note, registration is limited to 100 participants.

Zoom Meeting Registration (Note: Only for community members wishing to make a public comment) Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the virtual board meeting and participating in public comment.
In the event the district should exceed the maximum allowable 100 attendees wishing to address the board during the Request to Address the Board section of the board meeting and to ensure all public comments are heard, kindly submit your name, address, and comment to the Board Secretary, Janine Allen @ jallen@eastpennsd.org by 7:00 PM. If you were successful in registering as a participant wishing to address the board, you do not need to submit your comment in writing. You will be called upon during the Request to Address the Board section of the meeting and will be unmuted at that time by the host. Registered attendees who express interest in addressing the board during the Request to Address the Board section of the meeting will use the “raise hand” feature. The host will unmute one participant at a time to permit public comment. Members of the public who were unable to register as a participant to provide public comment, and submitted their comments in advance, will have their comments read during the Request to Address the Board section of the board meeting.
Public participants should first state their full name, address of residence, and topic when addressing the board.
