Below is the text of the call-out that was sent at 7pm on Friday, May 10th:
Good Evening. The Pennsylvania State Keystone Exams in Literature, Biology, and Algebra 1 will be administered beginning Monday, May 13th. Students scheduled to test will report to school at normal time and go directly to assigned testing rooms. Testing will begin promptly at 7:23 am. Students arriving after 7:35 a.m. will be scheduled to take their exam on the designated make-up day. All students who are not scheduled to test will report to school for a start time of 10:05 A.M. With regard to transportation, if students are either driving or being driven to school, please follow the modified schedule provided on the EHS website. If students are taking the bus to school, please adhere to the directions provided by your bus driver. Keep in mind that pick-up times may vary based on factors, such as the length of the bus route, travel times and the actual number of students being transported to school during the modified schedule. Parents may contact the bus company directly with any questions regarding transportation.
- Students who are scheduled to take the Online Biology Keystone Exam and are currently in grades 9 and 10 must bring their ChromeBooks with them to their testing locations. All ChromeBooks must be fully charged and ready for use during the Keystone Exams. Students in 11th grade will be provided with ChromeBooks for the Biology Keystone Exam.
- At the conclusion of testing, classes will meet on a modified schedule, which will be posted in all classrooms, near the Main Office, all Grade Level Offices, the Counseling Office and online. The early dismissal and late arrival privilege for students will take effect at the modified scheduled times during testing days. All-Day LCTI students will depart EHS at regular time. AM and PM LCTI students must follow the information posted on the modified bell schedules. Any student who has DCO in their schedule will be dismissed at their normal time and will be excused for periods missed.
