Dear Members of the Class of 2022:
Welcome to Emmaus High School! You are about to become a part of a proud tradition of excellence, and we look forward to sharing in your successes and accomplishments throughout your time here.
In anticipation of your arrival at Emmaus High School, we invite you and your parents to participate in a special orientation program on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Students and parents will report to the auditorium first. Then, students will proceed to their assigned homerooms, and parents will remain in the auditorium for an expanded presentation followed by an informal question/answer session. Once in homeroom, students will receive their class schedules and other information from an Emmaus High School Student Hornet Ambassador. Ambassadors will then give students a guided tour of the high school ending in the cafeteria with a club fair. The club fair is designed to expose our incoming freshman to the various extra-curricular opportunities available at Emmaus High School.
In order to ensure that the day runs smoothly, it is extremely important for students and parents to observe the following assigned timeline: students with last names A through L should report to the auditorium beginning at 8:00 a.m. on August 15. Students with last names M through Z should report to the auditorium beginning at 10:30 a.m. on August 15.
We believe that your participation in orientation day and your involvement in activities at the start of the academic year will significantly ease your transition into high school, prepare you f a rigorous academic program, and build a sense of community with your classmates, faculty, and staff.
We look forward to you having a very pleasant start to an outstanding high school career and want to wish you the best of luck.
