Work permits are completed in-person in the Emmaus High School Main Office.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In-Person Work Permit Procedures<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Complete the<\/span> application<\/span><\/a> ahead of time or come to the Main Office to complete the form. The student must be present with the parent\/guardian when applying for a work permit.<\/span> Work Permits will not be issued if the student is not present to sign the Work Permit in the presence of the issuing officer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. A proof of age document is required. Please present one of the following to the issuing officer: <\/span>Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate showing the date of birth, Passport, or Driver\u2019s License or Permit.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
  3. Once all information is verified with the issuing officer, the student signs the work permit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The work permit is available immediately. The student shows the permit to the employer who makes a copy for their records. The student retains the original copy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
