Student Announcement: Please pay attention to the morning announcements as there will be important information you will need.
All absence notes and early dismissal notes should be taken to the cafeteria. Look for Mr. Willett or Mrs. Patch to turn in your note(s). If you need a bus pass, please see Mr. Willett or Mrs. Patch the cafeteria for with your parent notes. Remember, you must have a note from both students’ parents in order to obtain a bus pass.
Very Important Announcement- In order to stay for after school activities on Tuesdays and Thursday you must sign up for the late bus by 10:00 AM on your Chrome books through Clever. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not signed up by 10:00 AM you will not be allowed to stay for clubs unless you have another ride home. We can no longer allow late sign ups after the 10 AM deadline. Please plan accordingly. STUDENTS ARE NOW ABLE TO SIGN UP FROM THEIR OWN CHROMEBOOK DURING HOMEROOM THROUGH THE END OF 3RD PERIOD. You just need to look for your name at the drop box and type in the club you are staying for. Students CANNOT sign up for the late bus after 3rd period. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you did not sign up for the late bus, please remember to have your ride pick you up in the bus parking lot, NOT THE MAIN ENTRANCE on club days..
Help bring smiles and encouragement to teens fighting pediatric cancer at Lehigh Valley Reilly’s Children’s Hospital – Pediatric Oncology Clinic. Ideas for new donation items for teen boys and girls can be found on the flyers around the building, or on Eyer’s website. Donations can be dropped off in the main office.
Reminder- if you have lost keys, electronic devices, jewelry, headphones, or anything else which has a high value please stop by the Main office to see if it was turned in. We do not put higher value items in the standard lost and found table in the commons.
The school store is now open during homeroom, lunches and ninth period on Tuesdays and Thursday.
This is a reminder to students using the LMC 9th period that if you are not on an express pass, you must stay until the bell rings at 2:18. If you want to visit quickly, you will need to borrow an orange express pass from your homeroom teacher. Express passes may be used for a maximum of 10 minutes.
The first official meeting for Reading Olympics will be held on Tuesday, October 15th after school in room 611. If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs. Weller.
The next Mathcounts meeting will be held after school on Tuesday, October 15. Stop by Mrs. Hummell’s Room 612 to check it out. Please make sure you have a ride home or sign up for the late bus
Attention Ski/Snowboard Club members: You must purchase your ski or snowboard package through Blue Mountain by Thursday, October 17 and you must give Ms. Snow a copy of the confirmation e-mail as well. If you have any questions please see Ms. Snow or MIss England as soon as possible.
Attention Kid Citizens Club members. Our next meeting is Thursday, October 17th after school in Señora Kannenberg’s room, 630. We will be preparing for Red Ribbon Week and the Chili Cook-Off. Be sure to sign up for the late bus or to be picked up by 4pm.
Also, The Chili Cook-Off, Bake-Off and Arts and Crafts fair will be here soon. If you love to cook, bake or create arts and crafts, then please considering signing up on the link on the Eyer web page. Prizes are awared for the best chili, baked good and you can also sell your arts and crafts at a vondor table. The date is November 9th from 11-2. Just a reminder to students: If you put in a student service request for your chrome book, you need to bring your Chromebook to the LMC so the Chromebook can be looked at and repaired. You can also sign out a loaner chrome book at that time.
