All absence notes and early dismissal notes should be taken to the cafeteria. Look for Mr. Willett or Mrs. Patch to turn in your note(s). If you need a bus pass, please see Mr. Willett or Mrs. Patch the cafeteria for with your parent notes. Remember, you must have a note from both students’ parents in order to obtain a bus pass.
Very Important Announcement- In order to stay for after school activities on Tuesdays and Thursday you must sign up for the late bus by 10:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not signed up by 10:00 AM you will not be allowed to stay for clubs unless you have another ride home. We can no longer allow late sign ups after the 10 AM deadline. Please plan accordingly. STUDENTS ARE NOW ABLE TO SIGN UP FROM THEIR OWN CHROMEBOOK DURING HOMEROOM THROUGH THE END OF 3RD PERIOD. You just need to look for your name at the drop box and type in the club you are staying for. Students CANNOT sign up for the late bus after 3rd period. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you did not sign up for the late bus, please remember to have your ride pick you up in the bus parking lot, NOT THE MAIN ENTRANCE on club days..

Students, if you have not handed in your course registration sheet or override form, please get it to your counselor as soon as possible.
If you are moving over the summer, please come to the guidance office to complete paper work. If you are in 8th grade and are NOT going to be attending Emmaus High School please come to the guidance office for transferring papers. If you are in 6th or 7th grade and are NOT going to be attending Eyer next year, please come to the guidance office for transferring papers
Help bring smiles and encouragement to teens fighting pediatric cancer at Lehigh Valley Reilly’s Children’s Hospital – Pediatric Oncology Clinic. Ideas for new donation items for teen boys and girls can be found on the flyers around the building, or on Eyer’s website. Donations can be dropped off in the main office.
Any student who participated in one of the Eyer Community Book Club discussions this year should please take the short reflection survey shared with them in Google Drive to share your thoughts with Mrs. Magro and Mrs. Bauer
Special Yearbook attention: The 2019 Eyer Yearbooks are almost here! If you did not order an Eyer Yearbook, it’s not too late. The yearbooks will be on sale beginning 9th period on Wednesday, June 5th. The 2019 Eyer yearbooks will be $30 cash or check made out to Eyer Middle School. Don’t miss out on your chance to own a 2019 Eyer Yearbook!!”

A reminder to all students who borrow Chromebooks from the LMC while theirs is in repair: You MUST return your loaner Chromebook before going home for the day, unless you have prior permission to take it home from Mrs. Batz or Mrs. Magro.
Any 6th or 7th grade student interested in auditioning for the fall play, Puffs, must sign up using the form on the Eyer Musical web site. All information related to the show can be found on the Fall Play page. Stage Crew sign-ups will take place at the beginning of next school year.
Any current or incoming Eyer student is welcome to borrow up to ten library books at a time over the summer with a signed Summer Check-out permission slip, available now in the LMC, Main Office, or to print from the library web site. The library IS open over the summer, so books can be exchanged, or any books borrowed will be due back September 3rd. Stop by for great summer reading suggestions & books on Honors reading lists.
Just a reminder to students: If you put in a student service request for your chrome book, you need to bring your Chromebook to the LMC so the Chromebook can be looked at and repaired. You can also sign out a loaner chrome book at that time. Thank you
