Following student dismissal today, Eyer administration received a report about an alleged threat made by a student. School and district administration have been working closely with the Pennsylvania State Police to investigate the alleged incident. After conducting a thorough investigation, the PA State Police have concluded that the alleged threat was “unfounded” and assured us that Eyer Middle School is safe for students. We want to remind students and parents that regardless of intent, making threats against any student, or the school, can cause significant disruption to our school environment. All threats will be taken seriously by East Penn School District and local law enforcement, and appropriate consequences will be enforced. Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to make our school a safe environment in which our students can learn.
