He is a graduate of Moravian College, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History along with a certificate in Secondary Education, specializing in Social Studies. Furthering his education, he obtained a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Moravian College, alongside an Educational Leadership Certification. Before coming to Eyer, Mr. Ruhf dedicated himself to various roles within the Southern Lehigh School District in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Notably, he served as the Assistant to the Superintendent, offering guidance and leadership across academic and operational realms. Additionally, he served as the School Safety and Security Coordinator for the Southern Lehigh School District, where he oversaw district safety and security programs and training, and acted as a liaison with local law enforcement agencies. Additionally, he held positions as an Assistant Principal, Gifted Support Coordinator, and Social Studies Teacher at Southern Lehigh High School. Prior to his tenure in the SLSD, Mr. Ruhf taught Social Studies at Wilson Area High School in the Wilson Area School District, as well as at Freedom High School in the Bethlehem Area School District. In addition to those teaching roles Mr. Ruhf coached a number of interscholastic sports including football, field hockey, and softball from the junior high to the varsity levels. Mr. Ruhf and his team at Eyer are dedicated to creating an environment where every student feels valued and supported. She is a graduate of Penn State University, holding a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Health Policy and Business Administration. Her dedication to education led her to pursue a Master&#8217;s Degree in Education from Shippensburg University, as well as certifications in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction from Lehigh University. Before joining the East Penn School District, Mrs. Armstrong accumulated invaluable professional experience spanning fifteen years in the Quakertown Community School District. During this time, she dedicated nine years to teaching first grade and six years to serving as an Instructional Support Specialist. Her tenure exemplified her unwavering commitment to nurturing student success, utilizing data to inform decision making, understanding the science of reading, and championing educational initiatives aimed at enhancing student achievement outcomes. Mrs. Armstrong is a staunch advocate for ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed, with a particular focus on meeting the unique needs of each individual.
