Middle Level Spring Parent Teacher Conferences in the East Penn School District will be held on Wednesday, March 12th (Afternoon and Evening) and Thursday, March 13th (Afternoon Only). As a reminder, all Eyer students will be dismissed at 11:00 AM on March 12th and March 13th in order to provide our faculty and staff with the necessary time to host Parent Teacher Conferences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any Eyer family that is interested in scheduling a conference should use the following\u00a0Eyer 2025 Spring Conference Sign-Up Link to sign up for a conference<\/a>\u00a0to sign up for a conference time.\u00a0Families interested in scheduling a conference should navigate to their students Teaching POD using the tabs located directly under the Spring 2025 – Pod\/Team Conferences text at the top of the Sign Up Genius Webpage.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Please note that we are continuing to primarily hold in-person Parent Teacher Conferences as we do believe that this format is more beneficial in the development of meaningful dialogue. That being said, if an in-person meeting presents a hardship we can complete a parent-teacher conference via a digital format. Families seeking this accommodation should reach out directly to their students POD level teachers in an effort to ensure that this accommodation is appropriately made.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, any family seeking a conference that is unable to secure a time within the dates\/times listed above should contact their students’ teacher directly.
