It is Tuesday, December 16th, 2025. It is Day 3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Winter Band &amp; Orchestra Concert<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Our Winter Concert Season concludes this week with the Winter Band and Orchestra Concert on Wednesday, December 17th, at 7 PM in the Eyer Auditorium. This event is open to the public, and we warmly invite all Eyer families to join us for an evening of holiday music as we showcase the dedication and talent of our student musicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Student Council 10 Days of Winter Spirit\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 This week we continue with our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eastpennsd.org\/eyer\/article\/the-ten-days-of-winter-spirit\/\">10 Day of Winter Spirit<\/a>\u00a0sponsored by the Eyer Student Council and we\u2019d love to see everyone join in. Let\u2019s bring some festive cheer to the hallways and have a little fun as we head into the winter season. Students wearing GREEN, GOLD, Eyer attire, or the Spirit Day Attire of a Flannel will be rewarded with a cookie of their choice during lunch. PAWS Cookie Day is a long-standing Eyer tradition, fully supported by donations from our school community. Families can support this Eyer tradition by donating via Venmo (@Eyer-Connection) or by signing up to bring cookies the day of (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/4090E4BACA72AA57-paws13#\/\">https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/4090E4BACA72AA57-paws13#\/<\/a>). Get ready for an exciting night of hoops! \ud83c\udfc0 Join us for the Eyer vs. LMMS Boys\u2019 and Girls\u2019 Basketball games on Monday, December 22nd, in the Emmaus High School main gym, starting at 4:00 PM. Come cheer on our student-athletes, show your school spirit, and enjoy a fun evening with friends and family.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eastpennsd.org\/eyer\/article\/eyer-vs-lmms-boys-girls-basketball\/\">Be sure to check out the flyer for all the details<\/a>, we hope to see you there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Class of 2030 EHS Welcome Night&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Current 8th grade students and their families are invited to attend the EHS 9th Grade Family Welcome Night on Wednesday, January 14th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the event, families and students can view presentations from the EHS Administration and Guidance Office, as well as explore Emmaus High School through self-guided tours. This clinic is open to all boys in Kindergarten through 6th grade and participants will learn the basics of lacrosse in a fun, supportive environment. No experience is needed, and equipment will be provided if necessary. We will meet on Thursdays&nbsp;after school in room 650.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crochet Club&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Students interested in learning the art of crochet in a fun, welcoming space can do so after school on Tuesdays in room 610. Whether you\u2019re a beginner or already know a few stitches, you\u2019ll create projects you can be proud of. To join, pick up a permission slip in the Guidance Office. We are always accepting fiber donations if any family has yarn to spare. Donations could be brought to the Main Office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Four Square Club<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 The Eyer Four Square Club will begin meeting after school on Thursdays. Spaces are limited, so be sure to sign up with Mrs. Gaines in the Main Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mathcounts Club<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Mathcounts is a national middle school program that makes math engaging and fun through enrichment, coaching, and competitions. Students interested in participating should stop by Mrs. Hummell\u2019s Room 507 for meeting dates and more details. If you enjoy solving math problems and puzzles, working on a team, and competing while building new skills, this is the club for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Multicultural Club<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Celebrate diversity by learning about and sharing traditions, cultures, and perspectives from around the world on Thursdays in room 111<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reading Olympics Team<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Love to read? Want to discuss books and play some fun trivia games? Then you should join the Reading Olympics Club! We meet two or three times a month and will be preparing for a regional competition at the end of the school year. You can read as much or as little as you like, so come on and get in on the fun! Ready to join? Sign up outside Room 636.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Walking Club<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 \ud83d\udeb6\u200d\u2640\ufe0f\ud83d\udeb6 Stop by the Main Office to sign up and pick up a permission slip to walk off campus. The club will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RECURRING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chromebooks<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Students should develop a consistent routine to charge their Chromebooks every night to ensure they\u2019re prepared for class each day. Creating a plan, such as designating a specific charging spot and setting a reminder before bedtime, can help make this habit stick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Late Bus<\/strong>&nbsp;The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lost &amp; Found<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Weis4School Rewards Program<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 The Weis4School Rewards Program allows schools to earn funds to support their programs when families shop at Weis.
