As a reminder, all Eyer students will be dismissed at 11:00 AM on March 11th and March 12th in order to provide our faculty and staff with the necessary time to host Parent Teacher Conferences.

The purpose of Parent-Teacher Conferences is to provide an opportunity for parents/guardians and teachers to collaborate in discussing student progress and developing strategies to support academic and behavioral success. Due to a limited number of available conference slots, Eyer staff have reached out directly to families whose students may benefit from additional support in these areas. However, families who did not receive a direct conference invitation are still welcome to schedule a Parent-Teacher Conference to discuss their student’s progress.

Any Eyer family that is interested in scheduling a conference should use the following Eyer 2026 Spring Conference Sign-Up Link to sign up for a conference time. Families interested in scheduling a conference should navigate to their students Teaching POD using the tabs located directly under the Spring 2025 – Pod/Team Conferences text at the top of the Sign Up Genius Webpage as noted in the screenshot below.

Please note that we are continuing to primarily hold in-person Parent Teacher Conferences as we do believe that this format is more beneficial in the development of meaningful dialogue.
