Completed forms should be returned to the Eyer School Counseling Office as soon as possible. This step is essential to ensure your child\u2019s educational records are transferred promptly and accurately to their new school. Call 610-965-1605 if you have any questions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EPSD Fall Sports Sign Ups&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Is your student interested in Fall Sports? Camelot for Children, a local organization that provides free camp experiences for children and young adults with intellectual and\/or medical disabilities, is seeking volunteers for their upcoming summer camps. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to make a real difference in the lives of campers who may not otherwise have access to traditional camp experiences. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to participate. Join us for this introduction to the 6th grade experience and an overview of the key connections that will set your student up for success. Creating a plan, such as designating a specific charging spot and setting a reminder before bedtime, can help make this habit stick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-86e1693e-3c89-4160-8b61-cb7a46cbb7ac\"><strong>Late Bus<\/strong>&nbsp;The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-0764e7d0-9522-4e91-83b6-aaccb9491cd0\"><strong>Lost &amp; Found<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-92070cb2-0ff3-4cd4-a34f-54171a0f45a7\"><strong>Weis4School Rewards Program<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 The Weis4School Rewards Program allows schools to earn funds to support their programs when families shop at Weis.
