Spring sports are right around the corner! There is a lot of important information on this email. Please, see below for all updates regarding sign-ups, impact testing, physicals and recertification forms.<\/span><\/h4>\n

\nHigh School and Middle School Spring Sports Sign-ups:<\/h5>\n
Link for 2023-2024 Spring Sports Sign-up Form is below. The due date for students to fill out this form is February 4, 2024. On February 5th, coaches will receive the sign-up lists via the google link to be able to add anyone interested in signing up…you will have until February 14th to add student-athletes<\/h5>\n

Impact Testing- Can be completed now. 7th\/8th\/9th\/11th\/new athletes and anyone who sustained a concussion within the past year and has not re-taken the impact baseline test will need to take it. See instructions that are attached to this email. Another option will be through a session that is scheduled by our training staff at a later date and time. Our impact testing coordinator is Tori Ruvolis. Her email address is: vruvolis@eastpennsd.org<\/h5>\n

\nStep #1 – You MUST review the attached document titled: “Physical Information SPRING instructions”<\/p>\n

Step #2 – Determine what sections of the PIAA Physical forms are needed<\/p>\n

Step #3 – Adhere to the posted deadlines<\/p>\n

Free Sports Physicals are being offered by the Lehigh Valley Health Network at various locations throughout the valley. Please review the attached letter for instructions on how to get a free PIAA sports Physical AND the link to register.<\/h5>\n
