Rising 9th Graders — Family Welcome Night<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LOCATION – EHS Auditorium Lobby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Informational Sessions: The same 30-minute presentation will be given at each session. In the interste of space, we suggest families report according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LAST NAMES A thru K – 6:00 PM *<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LAST NAME L thru Z – 7:00 PM. *<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Self-guided tour starting at 6:00 PM for Last Names L-K<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presentations will begin promptly on the hour and are subject to capacity. If you arrive and the presentation has already started or the room is full, you will be directed to begin your self-guided tour until the next session begins<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOURS OF THE BUILDING<\/strong> – All academic departments will be represented in a showcase format. Tours will be self-guided to provide each family with the opportunity to explore individual areas of interest. Hornet Ambassadors will be stationed in key areas to direct you. Faculty will either be at a table in the hallway or in a nearby classroom (refer to maps available at the event).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<\/strong> – Counselors will be available outside the Counseling Office for questions. Community resources are stationed in the HIVE. Information on the Japser Learning Initiative is also in the HIVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*<\/strong> Last Names L-K can do a self-guided tour before the presentation and Last Names A-K can do a self-guided tour after their presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
