One to One Plus is our Technology Department’s Help Desk solution that will assist you with your hardware and software needs.
This service is available to staff and students. You can sign in with “Sign in with Google” button and use your @eastpennsd.org username and password. Students who do not know their usernames (@eastpennsd.org) can contact their teacher or school for assistance. School buildings can also provide parents with access codes to PowerSchool (K-12) and Schoology (6-12).
Teachers and other staff members can enter a Help Desk ticket on behalf of a student. Parents in need of support can work with their child to enter a Help Desk entry using their @eastpennsd.org username and password. Parents please include your email address, so that we can respond to you directly.
