The East Penn School District AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) No. 138.1 was revised August 2007 and is available for download here.
The East Penn School District supports the use of technology, information systems, and Internet access for educational purposes and in the performance of job responsibilities. The use of technology resources must be consistent with the educational and administrative objectives of the EPSD. Personal or unacceptable use of technology resources, as defined in the policy, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of use and appropriate disciplinary actions.
***The AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) is an East Penn School District’s approved Board of Director’s policy and all students, faculty and staff are bound by the policy and may NOT opt out.
