The East Penn School District has embraced the benefits of cloud computing and has a suite of applications that delivers educational content from K-12th grade. Familiarize yourself with School Board policy and procedures for technology. Download our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for review. All East Penn Students are required to sign and turn in the AUP each school year.
Parents / Guardians:
If you would like your student to participate, please download the PDF of the BYOD consent form. Fill out the form including your child’s ID number and type of device they may be bringing to school. Send it in with them to school and they will be enrolled in the program.
- Students that participate in the BYOD program my use their device in BYOD classrooms only and at the discretion of the participating BYOD teacher. BYOD students may not use their device in other areas and classrooms of their school. BYOD is a privilege, not a right
- Students are prohibited from taking pictures, with their device, of students or faculty without express permission from the person/persons
- Students are prohibited from taking videos, with their device, of students or faculty without express permission from the person/persons
