Google Apps is an integrated suite of collaborative and communication applications that enhances and extends the traditional classroom learning environment. Faculty, staff and students may share documents and collaborate in real-time, while having access to their documents at any time, using almost any type of device.
East Penn School District has its own Google Apps domain, which is a private domain accessible to East Penn students and staff. The suite of applications includes, but is not limited to:
Google Docs: These are tools for creating, sharing, and printing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, and drawings.
Google Sites: This is a shared workspace and project website creation tool.
Google Drive: This is the digital storage area where files are located. Users may share, upload, download, delete, rename and move files from within this area.
Google Calendar: This is a scheduling, organizational or date tracking application.
