Dear Willow Lane Parent(s) or Guardian(s),
My name is Mr. Luckenbill and I’m happy to join Willow Lane Elementary School serving as Student Support Dean. Your student(s) will see me every three days in various areas of the building including pickup/drop off, hallways, cafeteria, playground/outside areas, and classrooms. I’ve been fortunate to be a part of the East Penn School District both as a community member and employee for almost two decades and am grateful for this exciting new opportunity to serve the East Penn Community in this new role.
Additional aspects of my position will include reaching out to parents/guardians to discuss behavioral or attendance issues your child/children may be experiencing. I will also collaborate with building administrators and counselors to conduct group interventions, facilitate restorative conferencing, analyze building data and participate in parent meetings as the LEA for 504/IEP meetings. I am #EastPennProud of this exciting new role and look forward to seeing you in my travels among Shoemaker, Wescosville, and Willow Lane Elementary Schools!
