Medication drop off day will take place at Willow Lane on August 14, 8am-2pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0During this time you can drop off medication with our School Nurse, that your child would need available for the upcoming school year. The SCHOOL MEDICATIONS FORM<\/a> is needed to drop off medication.
Prescriptions require a parent signature and doctor signature or equivalent (could be a medication list from your health portal or print out of an after visit summary or similar).\u00a0 Over-the-counter medications only require a parent signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
