With the school year in full swing, here are some reminders for students who are arriving after the 9:00am bell and leaving before 3:20pm dismissal as well as, any dismissal changes. Please use these reminders to help ensure your child’s dismissal and attendance are both accurate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LATE ARRIVALS:<\/strong> If your child arrives after the 9:00am bell a parent or guardian MUST<\/strong> sign the child in at the office. When signing your child in please complete all columns in the sign in book. Please write the child’s first and last name, time in, reason for late arrival and the parents signature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n EARLY DISMISSALS<\/strong>: If your child is leaving before the end of the school day, please notify the office and your child’s teacher.<\/strong> You can notify the office by calling or emailing Kelly Ross at Kross@eastpennsd.org or emailing Christina Gehman at Cgehman@eastpennsd.org. This will help in dismissing your child in a timely manner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n DISMISSAL CHANGES<\/strong>: If you need to change your child’s dismissal for any reason, please notify the office and your child’s teacher before 2:30pm<\/strong>. This will help to ensure that all students are safely sent home the correct way.
