For the upcoming 2024/2025 school year, we will be transitioning to a PowerSchool Online Returning Student Form for all students enrolled in the East Penn School District. The PowerSchool Online Returning Student Form will replace the traditional yellow emergency contact card or Google Form from the prior years. Completing this online form is of utmost importance to maintain up-to-date emergency contact information for your children. During the summer break, communication will be sent regarding the process for completing this form, including detailed instructions and submission dates to guide families through this new online process.
