Willow Lane’s medication drop off day will take place on August 14, 8am-2pm (appointments are not required). During this time you can drop off medications that will be needed for the upcoming school year. The school medication form can be found here. Please be aware that prescription medication(s) will require both a parent and physician

For the upcoming 2024/2025 school year, we will be transitioning to a PowerSchool Online Returning Student Form for all students enrolled in the East Penn School District. The PowerSchool Online Returning Student Form will replace the traditional yellow emergency contact card or Google Form from the prior years. Completing this online form is of utmost
