It is hard to believe that the 2024-2025 school year is drawing to a close in just a few days…On Friday, June 6 Alburtis Elementary School celebrated our Fantastic Fifth Graders! We are so lucky to have such an incredible group of 5th graders who will be moving up to LMMS for the next chapter in their educational career! Together we have made so many lifelong memories…we hope that the time you spent in the walls of Alburtis as well as the relationships built with teachers and staff stay with you forever and always!

This week we held our Theatre Club Beach Party! Thank you to all who came out to kick off the summer season as well as raise some funds for our Amazing Alburtis Theatre Program! So much fun was had by all…Beach balls, hula hoops, limbo competitions, and so much more…

This week marked the end of an Alburtis Era…Mrs. Sterkenburg held her final Biography Bonanza at Alburtis Elementary School. This is a long standing 2nd grade tradition that comes to a close as we celebrate a wonderful career in education and retirement for Mrs. Sterkenburg. Mrs. Sterkenburg we thank you for all of the incredible memories you made with so many young learners right here in the walls of Alburtis Elementary School. You have left a legacy and we cherish all that you have done for our Alburtis Family!
This year's Biography Bonanza welcomed: Abe Lincoln, Lionel Messi, Martin Luther King Jr., Pocahontas, and so many more , into our school.
