Lower Macungie Middle School is feeling pumped.

On September 23, the Emmaus Girls Wrestling Team invites all girls in grades 7–12 who are interested in wrestling to join us for a special “Try It” Practice.

Whether you have wrestling experience or have never stepped on the mat, this practice is for you. No wrestling skills or equipment are necessary.

Come participate, meet the coaches and current wrestlers, ask questions, or simply watch and learn more about the sport.
