🚨 2026-2027 MAC Medication Drop Off Information Attached Below 🚨
📆 August 12th
⏰ 8:00AM- 2:00PM
🌟If you anticipate your child may need medication at school this year, an adult may drop off medication to the nurse in the health room on the date listed above from 8:00AM-2:00PM.
🌟 The medication must be accompanied with an Authorization for Medication form from the healthcare provider and dated after July 1, 2026, and in its original container.
🌟To access the paperwork, you may download the Authorization for Medication form on the Health Service tab on the District website.
