Costume Guidelines:
- Students should be able to get costumes on and off independently.
- Face paint or spray on hair colors should be applied before students come to school.
- Props that represent weapons, offensive language, blood and/or gore are not permitted.
- Masks should not be worn to school. They may be carried or placed in a bag for use during the parade.
- Students need to navigate steps and sidewalks safely and independently in their costumes.
Parade Route:
- Students will exit Door 2 at the front of the building, beginning with kindergarten and progressing to Grade 5.
- Classes will walk right on Seem Street, right on 3rd Street, right on Harrison Street, right on 2nd Street and right on Seem Street.
- Seem Street will be closed to traffic to allow for spectator viewing.
Additional Details:
- Students will not be dismissed from the parade route. We will follow typical dismissal procedures beginning at 3:20.
- Please communicate with your child’s teacher and the main office in advance if your child’s dismissal routine will differ from their usual routine.
