The district is having the Medication Drop Off-Day on August 16th, 2023 from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Please see the link below for the Medication Procedure/Policy as well as the Authorization Forms.
Please know that ALL PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION needs 1) a physician’s signature on the med authorization form and 2) a pharmacy label matching the information on the form. All medications need to be delivered to the nurse by an ADULT ONLY. Once school is back in session, a nurse is available 8:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. during any school day to receive medications.
