Winter weather is here, and we’d like to take a moment to review our Flexible Instructional Day (FID) protocols.
When a Flexible Instructional Days is issued, teachers will post independent assignments for students to complete and will be available for support as needed; however, the work is designed to be completed independently. Flexible Instructional Days count as official school days, so participation and completion of assigned work are important.

Elementary Families
- Assignments will be live at 9:30 AM in the grade appropriate learning management system: K-2 SeeSaw and 3-5 Google Classroom.
- Your teacher will be available via Seesaw messaging, email or Google Meet, if you have questions during the day.
- Your child should attempt to complete the assignments on the FID; however, teachers will provide additional support, direction, and time when the students return to school.
