Eyer’s Daily Announcements

Good Morning Eyer! It is Monday, November 3rd, 2025. It is Day 5

Ski and Snowboard– Ski and snowboard club members, there is a mandatory meeting on Monday November 3rd.  Check in with your homeroom teacher and go to the cafeteria at the beginning of 9th period.

Taste over 20 delicious chilis and browse crafts from more than 30 talented vendors. For just $3, guests can sample all the chilis using a provided spoon and cast a vote for their favorite. Want to double the fun? Take advantage of the special combo ticket for only $7, which includes entry to both the Chili Cook-Off and the fall play matinee, saving you $1. If you prefer to skip the chili sampling, entry to the craft fair is free. Come enjoy the great food, unique crafts, and community spirit. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Counseling Office Sensory Activity Challenge – Students are encouraged to participate in sensory activities as a great way to reduce stress. These activities engage your senses (sight, smell, taste, and touch) and can include things like rocking in a glider, petting a dog or cat, playing an instrument, gardening, baking, reading, drawing, or playing a sport. Many of these simple daily activities help us manage stress without even realizing it. Stop by the Counseling Office to check out our bulletin board and pick a leaf with a sensory activity idea. Take it home, try the activity, and snap a photo of yourself doing it! You may take one leaf at a time. Show us your photo (either on your phone or by email), and your name will be entered into a drawing for a gift card on Tuesday, November 11.

End of the 1st Trimester – The 1st Trimester ends on Friday, November 14th. That means there are only three weeks left to finish work and improve grades in all CORE academic classes and trimester exploratory courses (Physical Education, Health, and Computers). Be sure to check your grades in PowerSchool and talk to your teachers if you have any questions or need help.

“Fill the Eyer Turkey” Food Drive – Help the Eyer Angel Network “Fill the Eyer Turkey” this holiday season by donating non-perishable food items from November 3rd through November 14th. To keep things organized, each grade is asked to bring specific food items (listed below). Our goal is to collect 600 items to support Eyer families through the Christmas season. For every item you donate, you’ll get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a gift card via a drawing. Make sure to check expiration dates so all donations are safe and usable. Students should bring their donations directly to the Commons, where Mr. Ruhf, Mrs. Hackman, Mrs. Armstrong, and other staff will collect the food and hand out raffle tickets. Please see flyer for more information.

Late Bus

The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.

Lost & Found

There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.
