Eyer Family Bingo Night – Friday, April 25th!
Join us for a fun-filled evening at Eyer Family Bingo Night hosted by the Eyer PTO! Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the bingo games begin at 7:00 PM.
Come enjoy exciting bingo games, win amazing prizes (hundreds of dollars worth!), participate in basket raffles, snack on delicious treats, and even enjoy an open gym while supporting the PTO’s mission to enhance our school community. Can’t wait to see you there!

Friday is PAWS cookie day!! Students wearing green and gold will be rewarded with a cookie during their lunch.
The Counseling Office is having their annual jelly bean guessing game. Stop down either during homeroom or lunch to submit your guess to win a prize. The game will go until April 3rd and the winner will be announced on April 4th.

The Spring Fling March Student Social
Join the Eyer Student Council for the Spring Fling on Friday, March 28th, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM! Students are invited to enjoy a night of music, dancing, snacks, and fun. Tickets will be available for $6 during your lunch. We can’t wait to celebrate a night of screen-free fun at our March Student Social!
Best Buddies T-Shirt Design Contest
Calling all Eyer artists and creative minds! The Best Buddies Club is hosting a T-shirt Design Contest, and we need your help to create a design that spreads a message of friendship and acceptance. The theme is “Friends embrace your quirks by choice,” and we challenge you to create an image that represents friendship, uniqueness, and inclusion. The contest is open to all Eyer students and staff, and the winning design will be featured on a T-shirt sold to support the club! The winner will also receive a free T-shirt with their design and a Wawa gift card. Submit your original artwork to Mrs. Hastie in Room 122 by Monday, March 24th. 8th Grade Semi-Formal
An Enchanted Evening – Eyer’s 8th Grade Semi-Formal will take place on Saturday, May 31st, from 6 PM to 9 PM. Tickets will be on sale from April 1st to April 11th for $25.00. This special event features food, desserts, dancing, and activities, with the cafeteria transformed into a memorable space for our students. Stay tuned for more details!
EHS Girls Soccer Summer League
Calling all 7th and 8th grade girls soccer players! Get ready for an exciting summer league at Whitehall HS Soccer/Football Turf Fields. The team will play on Wednesdays and Thursdays, May 28th through July 10th, with game times at 5:00, 6:15, 7:30, or 8:45 PM. The league fee is $80-$100. YEARBOOKS
The 24-25 Yearbook is ON SALE! Families can order their yearbooks through the Christmas City Studios Website using the EyerMSYB25 Session Password. Yearbook sales will be available through April 25th. Please note that yearbooks will only be available for purchase via this digital system. No additional copies will be available for sale in person at Eyer, so don’t miss out, reserve your copy today!
EPSD Education Foundation 8th Grade Yard Signs
The East Penn Education Foundation wants to help make the end of the year special for your favorite Eyer 8th Grader! Clubs:
For the students already registered for flag football club: Please bring your own flags if you have them! Please consider sharing or donating if you have extras. No worries if not, flags will be provided to borrow. Please bring a water bottle, snack, and a positive attitude! If you are not signed up and would like to join us, please email vbyrd@eastpennsd.org to be added to the waitlist.
Writers Club will be held in Room 635 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you’re interested in writing your own book or want to improve your writing skills, come join us!! If you have any questions you can email Miss Glowancki at aglowacki@eastpennsd.org.
School Store-The school store will open Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunches each week to sell school store items. It will open on Wednesdays for PAWS stickers items.
Youth for Christ Club– This student-led club will include Bible studies, games, charity activities, and fellowship. Interested students can sign up in the main office. We meet Thursdays after school in room 104
Homework Club– Get the help you need, improve your grades, stay organized and finish assignments in a focused, quiet environment. For additional information, see Mrs. Cosme in Guidance.
Table Top Club: Eyer’s Tabletop Club meets every Tuesday, interested students should see Mr. Davis in the music room (room 310) to sign up.
Walking Club – There will be walking club Tuesdays and Thursdays, weather permitting.
RECURRING
Late Bus
The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.
Chromebooks
Students should develop a consistent routine to charge their Chromebooks every night to ensure they’re prepared for class each day. Creating a plan, such as designating a specific charging spot and setting a reminder before bedtime, can help make this habit stick.
Lost & Found
There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.
Weis4School Rewards Program – The Weis4School Rewards Program allows schools to earn funds to support their programs when families shop at Weis. Eyer families can register their existing Weis Rewards Card to benefit our school by following the link below. Please consider taking these simple steps to help support programming for our students!
