Talent Show

Do you have a talent that you would like to show off? Eyer’s Got Talent is right around the corner! The talent show is Wednesday, June 5, 2024 and is presented 2 times during the school day. Auditions are required from all acts and will be scheduled after school on Tuesday, May 14th and Thursday, May 16th and will be held in room 119 (Mrs. Knecht’s room).

We will also need MCs to announce acts and stage crew for the show. All music and props are required at the time of the audition (costumes are not needed for the audition). If interested in participating in or helping with the talent show, please fill out the Google form completely and submit before May 10th.  Songs are first come, first serve. We DO NOT ALLOW the same song to be performed more than once in a show, so sign up today! Any questions please see Mrs. Knecht or Mrs. Hastie.

Kid to Kid Jr

Attention all aspiring mentors! Kid to Kid Jr. is on the hunt for eager students to join our peer-to-peer mentoring club for the upcoming year. Are you a current 6th grader with a passion for leadership and helping others? If so, you’re invited to potentially accompany our current 8th graders on an exciting field trip to the Capitol building on Tuesday, May 7th.

Regrettably, due to scheduling conflicts, our 7th graders won’t be able to join this adventure as they have their field trip planned for the same day.

To secure your spot, interested students must ensure their permission slips are turned in by Monday, April 15th. Selections will be made randomly, so don’t miss out on this opportunity. If you’re interested in getting involved, don’t hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Hackman for more details.

Regional Summer Camp Updates
Every year, we receive numerous requests to disseminate information about summer learning programs. To aid families in their search for such opportunities, the EPSD has curated a compilation of summer camp options throughout the Lehigh Valley. It is important to clarify that the presence of a camp on this list does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with any of them. Rather, our intention is solely to assist families in discovering some of the opportunities available in the Lehigh Valley area.
