WRESTLING ISN’T JUST FOR THE BOYS ANYMORE!
Thank you for taking an interest in our inaugural season of girls middle school wrestling in the East Penn School District!
Girls wrestling is growing by leaps and bounds. PIAA just approved the sanctioning of Girl’s Wrestling. Though, its popularity is not only in the State of Pennsylvania but across the United States! Girls Wrestling is the fastest growing sport in the country. This is a sport that is accessible to all skill levels and will be offered as a club sport in the district this year.
If you are looking for an activity that lets you compete as an individual while also working as TEAM against other girls….this is the perfect sport for you!!! AND….Its also GREAT exercise!!
If you are looking to challenge yourself…to push your limits…to maximize your potential…why not give wrestling a try? What are you waiting for? You never know what YOU will be able to achieve!
If you think you might be interested and want to find out more information regarding practices, schedules etc., there will be a “meet and greet” meeting to all athletes and parents next Tuesday (October 10th) at 6:30pm at the Emmaus High School in the area of the school called “The Hive”.
