ArtsQuest Summer Art Camps
ArtsQuest’s Summer Art Camp at the Banana Factory Arts Center offers eight weeks of fun and engaging art-making classes and activities for children ages 4-18. Young artists (ages 4-9) will explore the artistic process through making, learning about, seeing, and discussing art in the classrooms, studios, and galleries at the Banana Factory.  Over the course of the week, campers will experiment with a variety of materials and processes, including drawing, painting, fiber arts, sculpture, mixed media, and more. Projects are designed to teach campers fundamental skills in art, while encouraging each student to express themselves creatively and in their own style. At the end of each week, students will showcase their work to family and friends at the Art Party!

Bear Creek Mountain Camp
Bear Creek Mountain Camp 2025!
Each summer, our Mountain Camp invites young explorers (ages 6-14) to learn, experience, and explore with our outdoor activities and adventures.
The Bear Creek Mountain Camp is a week-long outdoor camp, offered over eight weeks during the summer. Campers will make new friends, work on group projects, and experience fresh air, fun games, and opportunities to build life-long skills!
Each day, kids will participate in outdoor activities including disc golf, tennis, hiking, gaga ball, archery, kayaking, biking, swimming, camp zip lines, giant swing, ATV tours, water slide, fishing, moon bounce, and more!
Campers will be grouped based on age. All six- and seven-year-olds will be in the same group, allowing us to provide age-appropriate activities. Camp runs Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Camp JCC
Camp JCC’s all-day camp program includes arts and crafts, science and imagination, outside fun, dance parties, recreational time, and more. Our trained counselors will provide care while children enjoy lots of great programming to fit their interests. Staff members will foster strong bonds, encourage team-building, and promote sportsmanship.
Camp Lily Summer Day Camps
Camp Lily promises to engage, entertain and educate. For campers ages 8-21 with disabilities, Camp Lily offers inclusive activities that build skills, promote friendships and increase independence.
Campers enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, games, sports, music, educational programs and a host of other activities. Special guests visit to teach workshops and entertain.
We staff camp with a 3:1 ratio (with some terrific counselors!) so that each camper receives the support and care they need to succeed and maximize their enjoyment.

Community Music School offers a variety of summer music camps and workshops for kids and teens (ages 7-18). One-day, one-week, and two-week camps in piano, violin, ukulele, music production, & rock band performance begin June 17. Private lessons in piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, & percussion are also offered throughout the summer. Financial aid is available.

East Penn Summer Youth Sports Camps
EPSD offers a variety of summer sports camps for student athletes looking to develop their skills. The 2025 lineup includes Boys Basketball (July 15-18), Football (June 16-20), Boys Wrestling (June 16-18), Girls Volleyball (August 5-7), Boys Lacrosse (June 30), and Soccer (June 23-27). Each camp is led by experienced coaches and athletes who provide quality instruction in fundamentals, advanced techniques, and team strategies. These camps create opportunities for students to improve their abilities, build confidence, and connect with fellow athletes in a positive, supportive environment.

Da Vinci Science Center Summer Camps

HORNET Hoop Camp
HORNET Camp provides incoming 5th-9th graders with an exceptional basketball development experience led by Emmaus High School coaches and players. Participants enhance their skills through engaging stations, drills, and competitions while enjoying the “Great HORNET Shootout,” knockout games, and thrilling 5-on-5 playoffs. The camp balances skill-building with fun activities, including motivational talks from basketball mentors, team-building exercises, age-appropriate competitions, and special events like Wednesday’s pizza lunch. They learn about living in space, getting away from gravity, looking for space phenomena, and they participate in a rocket launch!
Claws, Codes & Constellations-Children discover how to send secret messages to their friends using special codes, explore how Newton’s laws are at work in their favorite sports, and become young astronauts while exploring the mysteries of the solar system.
Chemicals, Cells & Crime-Children explore the inside of the body and learn about the organ systems and the cells that it’s composed of. They discover cool chemical reactions, and how to solve a crime, in this hands-on summer science adventure!
Red Hot Robots-Children learn about the uses of robots in our world and spend time experimenting with super cool red-hot robots. They discover the science of circuits and how robots use sensors to explore things around them. They build their very own working robot to take home with them!
Creatures, Chemistry, Catapults-Kids put on their engineer’s hats for this exciting week of science activities. They also learn about chemical reactions that they might encounter in their daily lives and the nature of birds and beasts, as they take a walk on the wild side of science.
The Garden (Preschool)-This five-session preschool camp offers young children (ages 3-5) an exciting introduction to basic environmental science. With each session, children enrich their understanding of how living things grow and how they interact with the environment around them, through different aspects of the garden.
BRIXOLOGY-Using LEGO® bricks, kids build a different engineering-themed project in each class. They explore different engineering fields, including mechanical, structural, aerospace, nautical, and bioengineering. They use critical thinking, and creative problem-solving to test and improve their creations.

Lehigh Valley Zoo Summer Camp
Lehigh Valley Zoo invites campers for an exciting week of nature discovery, animal adventures and Smart FUN! Week-long camps run for half days for ages 4-5 (available Mon-Fri from 9:00AM – 11:30AM), and full days for ages 6-11 (available Mon-Fri from 9:00AM – 3:30PM).*
Each camp is adapted to the theme of the week, as well as the varying age groups. Campers of all ages will enjoy age-appropriate activities, adventures, and games. From up-close encounters with our Ambassador Animals and visits to our zoo animals, to creek studies and nature hikes, campers will become fully immersed in zoo life and will leave camp wanting to come back!

McCloskey Basketball Camp
East Penn families with children in grades 3-8 who enjoy basketball may be interested in the Jack McCloskey Individual Basketball Camp taking place July 14-17, 2025, at The Plex at Alvernia University. Led by Coach Joe Linderman, a former Drexel Men’s Basketball standout with extensive coaching experience, this camp runs daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (lunch included) and focuses on individual skill development, competitions, and live play. This action-packed weekend combines outdoor adventure with exciting STEM challenges!
