Dear Parents/Guardians:
- If your child no longer attends EPSD and you do not wish to receive future emails, please login to your account and de-activate it. This will not be done automatically when your child becomes Inactive.
- If you have a child who is graduating and another child in the district, please transfer the balance to the sibling account before graduation in SchoolCafé or by completing the Cafeteria Refund/Transfer/Donate Request Form
- Student withdrawals and Graduating Senior refunds will be issued by check. Graduating senior balances will be transferred to sibling accounts unless a refund request is submitted. Alternatively, balances can be donated to our Charitable Fund for the benefit of our economically disadvantaged students. Please note, refunds of $5.00 or below must be picked up from the Business Office at 800 Pine Street, Emmaus. You can request a refund or make a donation by completing the Cafeteria Refund/Transfer/Donate Request Form
- Student balances will stay with the student throughout their EPSD career even as they change schools.
- Please pay negative balances before the end of the school year in SchoolCafé or by cash or check payable to EPSD Café Fund.
- Online Payments will be disabled from June 12, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
- Automatic Payments will be disabled from June 10, 2026 through August 14, 2026.
