End of Year Housekeeping

Dear Parents/Guardians:

  1. If your child no longer attends EPSD and you do not wish to receive future emails, please login to your account and de-activate it. This will not be done automatically when your child becomes Inactive.
  2. If you have a child who is graduating and another child in the district, please transfer the balance to the sibling account before graduation in SchoolCafé or by completing the Cafeteria Refund/Transfer/Donate Request Form
  3. Student withdrawals and Graduating Senior refunds will be issued by check. Graduating senior balances will be transferred to sibling accounts unless a refund request is submitted. Alternatively, balances can be donated to our Charitable Fund for the benefit of our economically disadvantaged students. Please note, refunds of $5.00 or below must be picked up from the Business Office at 800 Pine Street, Emmaus. You can request a refund or make a donation by completing the Cafeteria Refund/Transfer/Donate Request Form
  4. Student balances will stay with the student throughout their EPSD career even as they change schools.
  5. Please pay negative balances before the end of the school year in SchoolCafé or by cash or check payable to EPSD Café Fund.
  6. Online Payments will be disabled from June 12, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
  7. Automatic Payments will be disabled from June 10, 2026 through August 14, 2026.
