EHS Advanced Foods students participated in the National Museum of Industrial History’s First Annual Gingerbread Bridge Challenge this past weekend. The challenge was designed to incorporate science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) into a relatable and fun holiday activity. Mrs. Kingsbury, EHS Advanced Foods Teacher, was proud to announce that the students took home first place for most creative design!
The East Penn School District’s Spring 2018 Community Education classes are open for registration. Our registration deadline is January 19, 2018. Most of the classes will begin the week of February 5, 2018.

The teachers and students are completing and packaging hundreds of cards with both holiday and inspirational messages. Oscar Felegy, Andreas Marangos, Ben Peterson, Maddy Folkes, Zoe Elston, and Jake Ronan are members of the What’s So Cool About Manufacturing club at LMMS. This club is one of many throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania. Middle School teams are assigned a manufacturing company in their area to visit and to find out what’s so “cool” about what they do there. LMMS traveled to ProtoCAM in Upper Macungie on November 2, 2017.
