ArtsQuest Summer Art Camps
ArtsQuest’s Summer Art Camp at the Banana Factory Arts Center offers eight weeks of fun and engaging art-making classes and activities for children ages 4-18. Our youngest artists (ages 4-9) will explore the artistic process through making, learning about, seeing, and discussing art in the classrooms, studios, and galleries at the Banana Factory.  Over the course of the week, campers will experiment with a variety of materials and processes, including drawing, painting, fiber arts, sculpture, mixed media, and more. Projects are designed to teach campers fundamental skills in art, while encouraging each student to express themselves creatively and in their own style. At the end of each week, students will showcase their work to family and friends at the Art Party!
At First Tee Camp
Experiences are our greatest teacher. First Tee believes in developing the ones that are just as fun as they are meaningful, where kids feel excited to grow, safe to fail, and better equipped for whatever comes their way next. Through our personal growth and junior golf programs, we see kids’ build self confidence, inspiring more active participation in leadership opportunities and events, community involvement, and college scholarships.
Baum School of Art Summer Camps
The Baum School of Art is a community school dedicated to providing instruction, guidance and encouragement for children, adults, and those who wish to pursue college level studies to reach their highest level of technical, physical, spiritual, creative, and emotional potential through the study of the visual arts.
There is always something exciting happening at The Baum School of Art. Summer camps for 2024 run every day for 8 weeks starting June 17th through August 16th. They will be posting their summer camp schedule soon.
Bear Creek Mountain Camp
Bear Creek Mountain Camp 2024!
Each summer, our Mountain Camp invites young explorers (ages 6-14) to learn, experience, and explore with our outdoor activities and adventures.
The Bear Creek Mountain Camp is a week-long outdoor camp, offered over eight weeks during the summer. Campers will make new friends, work on group projects, and experience fresh air, fun games, and opportunities to build life-long skills!
Each day, kids will participate in outdoor activities including disc golf, tennis, hiking, gaga ball, archery, kayaking, biking, swimming, camp zip lines, giant swing, ATV tours, water slide, fishing, moon bounce, and more!
Campers will be grouped based on age. All six- and seven-year-olds will be in the same group, allowing us to provide age-appropriate activities. Camp runs Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Camp JCC
Camp JCC’s all-day camp program includes arts and crafts, science and imagination, outside fun, dance parties, recreational time, and more. Our trained counselors will provide care while children enjoy lots of great programming to fit their interests. Staff members will foster strong bonds, encourage team-building, and promote sportsmanship.
Camp Lily Summer Day Camps
Camp Lily promises to engage, entertain and educate. For campers ages 8-21 with disabilities, Camp Lily offers inclusive activities that build skills, promote friendships and increase independence.
Campers enjoy swimming, arts and crafts, games, sports, music, educational programs and a host of other activities. Special guests visit to teach workshops and entertain.
We staff camp with a 3:1 ratio (with some terrific counselors!) so that each camper receives the support and care they need to succeed and maximize their enjoyment.
Camp Spirit- Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America
Situated in lovely Camp Spirit, our Cub Scout Day Camp provides a weekend of Medieval themed Cub Scout activities. Enjoy some of your favorite summer activities like sports, games, crafts, STEM, and archery. There is plenty of fun to be had for boys and girls in grades 1-5. We can’t wait to see you there.
CLIU Tech Titans Summer Spy Camp
Tech Titans Summer Spy Camp will focus on computer science spy strategies for students in grades 5-7! This program is designed to help young students learn about the fascinating world of computer science and how it can be used for spy strategies. Our program is a perfect blend of creativity and learning. Throughout the summer camp, students will be introduced to various computer science concepts including coding, cryptography, and more. They will learn how to use these concepts to create and solve puzzles, crack codes, and ultimately become a computer science spy.

CLIU Young STEMologist Camp
Unlock the wonders of STEM with our summer camp! Each day campers will explore a different subject, from life science and the engineering design process to problem-solving and logic using math. With hands-on experiments and activities led by experienced instructors, campers will have a fun and educational summer experience. Our camp is designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in children and to help them develop the skills they need to succeed in the 21st century. DeSales University Summer Dance Intensives
SDI: July 22 – August 2, 2024
The DeSales University Dance Department offers two opportunities for aspiring dancers to engage with our diverse faculty of dance professionals and experience the dynamic energy of the DeSales campus.
Youth SDI
The Youth Summer Dance Intensive is designed for dancers ages 11-13 to experience the joy and rigor of dance in a supportive environment with caring artist educators. The program offers training in ballet, modern, and hip hop, with additional master classes in jazz, contemporary, and injury prevention.

SDI
The Summer Dance Intensive offers professional dance training for students ages 14 and up on the beautiful campus of DeSales University. The program focuses on technical training in ballet, modern, and hip hop, with additional master classes with sought after professionals in forms such African dance, Jazz, Improvisation, Pilates, Contemporary Repertoire, Injury Prevention, and Yoga. Students will enhance their technique in a supportive environment, while exploring their own artistry and technical abilities. The two-week program will culminate in an informal presentation on Friday, August 2.

Da Vinci Science Center Summer Camps

The Garden (Preschool)-This five-session preschool camp offers young children (ages 3-5) an exciting introduction to basic environmental science. With each session, children enrich their understanding of how living things grow and how they interact with the environment around them, through different aspects of the garden.
BRIXOLOGY-Using LEGO® bricks, kids build a different engineering-themed project in each class. They explore different engineering fields, including mechanical, structural, aerospace, nautical, and bioengineering. They use critical thinking, and creative problem-solving to test and improve their creations.
Lehigh Valley Zoo Summer Camp
Lehigh Valley Zoo invites campers for an exciting week of nature discovery, animal adventures and Smart FUN! Week-long camps run for half days for ages 4-5 (available Mon-Fri from 9:00AM – 11:30AM), and full days for ages 6-11 (available Mon-Fri from 9:00AM – 3:30PM).*

The Summer Theatre Institute at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival
July 22 – August 3, 2024
DeSales University’s Summer Theatre Institute at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival offers professional theatre training to rising high school Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and rising college Freshmen.
Working with DSU faculty and professional actors from the PA Shakespeare Festival stage, Summer Theatre Institute students experience what it’s like to attend a college theatre program, and gain skills and connections that will serve them as they prepare for college auditions and a career in the industry beyond graduation.
With both a one-week and two-week full day option, STI students will take classes in all the major disciplines of theatre performance, including:
- acting
- musical theatre performance
- Shakespeare performance
- audition technique
- dance and movement
- elective evening master classes in specialty areas like stage combat and acting for the camera
In addition to the classroom experience, students at STI will also attend PA Shakespeare Festival productions, have lunch with the Young Company to learn what it is like to act professionally, attend evening masterclasses in specialized subjects, and participate in mock auditions where they can gain valuable feedback from our professional staff.
The Summer Theatre Institute at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival is the ideal program for a variety of students. Whether your child wants to experience the college studio environment before committing to a theatre major, gain more training to apply to upcoming high school opportunities, or just experience a creative challenge for part of their summer.
