Make sure you are in a quiet spot where you can concentrate, with no distractions or interruptions. This means areas that are free of TV, music, and/or background noise. In addition, be sure to silence your cell phone. Refrain from doing any athletic activity 30 mins prior to taking the ImPACT test. You must use a laptop or a desktop computer, the test will not work on phone or tablet. If using a laptop, please be sure to select the ‘trackpad’ option. (DO NOT USE THE LAPTOP TOUCHSCREEN) Your computer will need a mouse. Please take your time and read the directions for each section very carefully as the directions change throughout the exam.
Proceed to https://www.impacttestonline.com/testing
NOTE:
Google chrome is the preferred browser. There have been instances in which the ImPACT Test has crashed while using Internet Explorer due to compatibility issues. You may have to disable the pop-up blockers on the chrome books, if you are not able to continue with setting up or starting your ImPACT test.
The link will direct you to a page, where it will instruct you to enter your customer code. The customer code is CNJ5WDJGT8
From there, it will ask you to select an organization. You MUST select East Penn School District.
* If you select anything other than East Penn School District, we will not be able to access your test.
After you select East Penn School District, click Launch Baseline Test. If the window seems to ‘disappear’ or the test doesn’t populate, minimize the window. You should find the beginning of the test there. From there, follow the prompts below:
- Select your primary language.
- Fill out the demographics.
- Select mouse or trackpad option. (If using a laptop with a touchscreen, select trackpad; if using a computer with a mouse, select mouse.) DO NOT USE TOUCHSCREEN DURING TEST
- Answer the next three questions on the page, click next.
- Please click “skip additional demographics.”
- Complete symptom checklist.
- Please rate this on symptoms you are currently feeling. If you have no symptoms, please click 0.
- Once completed, you will begin the exam.
- Upon completion, you do NOT need to print or email your receipt. Simply just close your window, and you are finished!
