Transportation Boundary Requests

I am requesting that the East Penn School District review the distance from my property to the school which my student(s) is/are attending. I believe that transportation services to and from school are provided for students in grades K-5 who live more than 0.75 miles from their school and for students in grades 6-12 who live more than 1.5 miles or greater from their school. Upon receipt of this form, the Transportation and Student Services Offices will review the actual distance and return that information to the requesting parent(s). This form can be filled out and sent electronically. If you wish to send a hard copy, please return this form to the Student Services Office, East Penn School District, 800 Pine Street, Emmaus, PA 18049.
