Our Technology Department has put together some trouble-shooting tips for students and families to try prior to entering a Help Desk ticket. Click here to view some of our department’s quick tips.

One to One Plus is our Technology Department’s Help Desk solution that will assist you with your hardware and software needs.

This service is available to staff and students. You can sign in with “Sign in with Google” button and use your username and password. Students who do not know their usernames ( can contact their teacher or school for assistance. Please visit this page in order to view tutorials about submitting a ticket and checking on the status of your ticket.

Teachers and other staff members can enter a Help Desk ticket on behalf of a student. Parents in need of support can work with their child to enter a Help Desk entry using their username and password.  Parents please include your email address, so that we can respond to you directly.
