Eyer Family Bingo Night – Friday, April 25th!
Join us for Eyer’s 1st Annual Bingo Night on Friday, April 25th! Doors open at 6 PM, and bingo begins at 7 PM. Enjoy 10 bingo games for $10, plus basket raffles, a 50/50 drawing, snacks, and an open gym—all while supporting the Eyer PTO. Basket raffle and experience tickets are $10 per 10-sheet chance, and 50/50 tickets are $1 each or $5 for six. Refreshments, including drinks, pizza, and snacks, will be available for cash purchase, and Hank’s Italian Ice from Emmaus will be on-site. Bingo daubers will be sold for $2 each. Pre-register to play and pick up your bingo bags upon arrival. Can’t attend? You can still support the cause by donating online. Don’t miss this fun-filled family event!

EPSD Fall Sports Sign Ups
Any student athlete interested in participating on a 2025 EPSD Fall Sports Team must complete the 2025 Fall Sports Sign-up Form by June 1st. Additional information about the EPSD Fall Sports including information about the required physicals can be found via the following link. All questions about any of the EPSD Athletic Programs should be directed to the EPSD Athletic Department.
Middle Level Football Informational Meeting
Attention 6th and 7th graders interested in playing football next year for the Middle School team: Coach Keeley will be holding an informational meeting Thursday during 9th period. Please remain in your homeroom until an announcement is made to report to the LGI. Coach Keeley will be going over the offseason schedule and providing details about what to expect as part of next year’s MS football team.
EHS Dance Team Try Outs
The Emmaus High School Dance Team will be holding tryouts for the 2025–2026 team on May 7th and 8th from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM in Cafe 1 at Emmaus High School. Tryouts are open to all students who will be attending Emmaus High School during the 2025–2026 school year. Interested 8th grade students can pick up a flyer in the Main Office.
Boys Basketball Open Gym
Attention all boys entering grades 7 and 8 next school year. Open gyms will be held from 2:45-4:30pm on Thursday, 5/8 and Wednesday, 5/28. You must fill out and bring an Intramural Activities Consent Form in order to participate. This form will be available in the Eyer Main Office.
Eyer Middle School’s 8th Grade Semi-Formal will be held on Saturday, May 31st from 6 PM to 9 PM at Eyer. Celebrate your middle school journey with friends, music, and memories that will last a lifetime. Enjoy a professional DJ, stunning decorations, and a delicious buffet dinner with refreshing beverages. Tickets are on sale from April 1st to April 11th, 2025, during 8th grade lunch. Students can pay with cash or check (made out to Eyer Middle School) or online via Cheddar Up. Regardless of payment method, students should return the physical permission slip to Mrs. Dreisbach in Room 411. Additional information can be found via the Digital Permission Slip.
Support the Eyer Angel Network
The Eyer Angel Network is seeking a few select clothing items for students in need. We are accepting new or gently used sweatpants, hoodies, sweatshirts, and girls’ black leggings. Due to limited space, please donate only these specific items. Donations can be brought to the Eyer Main Office. Thank you for your continued generosity in supporting our school community!
24-25 Yearbook Order
This is the final month to order a yearbook for the 24-25 school year. Families can order their yearbooks through the Christmas City Studios Website using the EyerMSYB25 Session Password. Yearbook sales will be available through April 25th. Please note that yearbooks will only be available for purchase via this digital system. No additional copies will be available for sale in person at Eyer, so don’t miss out, reserve your copy today!
EPSD Education Foundation 8th Grade Yard Signs
The East Penn Education Foundation wants to help make the end of the year special for your favorite Eyer 8th Grader! Spring Music Concerts
The Eyer Music Department invites the school community to attend the spring student musical performances. Additional information about upcoming performances is outlined below.
- EHS Middle School Jazz Festival – Friday, April 11th at 5:30 PM at EHS
- Spring Band Concert – April 30th at 7 PM at Eyer
- Spring Orchestra Concert – May 6th at 7 PM at Eyer

CLUB INFORMATION
Writers Club
Writers Club will be held in Room 635 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you’re interested in writing your own book or want to improve your writing skills, come join us!! If you have any questions you can email Miss Glowancki at aglowacki@eastpennsd.org.
School Store
The school store will open Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunches each week to sell school store items. It will open on Wednesdays for PAWS stickers items.
Youth for Christ Club
This student-led club will include Bible studies, games, charity activities, and fellowship. Interested students can sign up in the main office. We meet Thursdays after school in room 104
Homework Club
Get the help you need, improve your grades, stay organized and finish assignments in a focused, quiet environment. For additional information, see Mrs. Cosme in Guidance.
Table Top Club
Eyer’s Table Top Club meets every Tuesday, interested students should see Mr. Davis in the music room (room 310) to sign up.
Walking Club
There will be walking club Tuesdays and Thursdays, weather permitting.
RECURRING
Late Bus
The after school late bus is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only and you must sign up by 10:00 AM of the day you need to take it. The sign-up form is accessed via Clever on your Chromebook.
Chromebooks
Students should develop a consistent routine to charge their Chromebooks every night to ensure they’re prepared for class each day. Creating a plan, such as designating a specific charging spot and setting a reminder before bedtime, can help make this habit stick.
Lost & Found
There are two places to look for lost and found items. The table in the commons is often where clothing, water bottles, and lunch boxes are placed. If there is something more valuable like eye glasses, jewelry, retainers, or earbuds, please check at the front desk in the Main Office.

The Weis4School Rewards Program allows schools to earn funds to support their programs when families shop at Weis.
