Peer Tutoring

Peer Tutoring is a program sponsored by NJHS (National Junior Honor Society). Students in need of tutoring, as identified by teachers, counselors, self or parents are matched with a NJHS student. These students meet during 9th period study halls and work on a specific subject, or an academic need such as organizational skills or test/quiz preparation.

Once the request is made, it is forwarded to the NJHS advisors and every attempt is made to match the student with an available tutor for some or all of the days requested.

If you are interested in peer tutoring please contact your counselor.
